Caregiver Regent Court Memory Care FT Night/NOC - P233

Join our compassionate team at Regent Court Memory Care! We’re a community built on compassion, respect, and dedication, seeking empathetic, dependable, and passionate Caregivers to support residents living with memory loss. You’ll provide personalized care to a small group of residents (typically 10-12), helping with daily activities, companionship, and emotional support while growing your healthcare skills.

Responsibilities

• Check each resident routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes and care plan.
• Review task sheets daily to identify changes in the resident’s daily care routine as outlined in the care plan.
• Inform the Director of Nursing of any changes in the resident’s condition for updates to the care plan.
• Immediately report all accidents and incidents observed.
• Report all complaints and grievances made by residents.
• Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and social programs, and transport to/from appointments.
• Ensure residents’ rooms are ready for receiving guests and make them comfortable.
• Assist with hygiene activities, such as daily cleaning and bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, toileting, incontinence care, and oral hygiene.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Fingerprinting Clearance Card.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Pay

USD $18.50 - USD $21.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

4 days on, 2 days off.
