What You'll Be Doing Finding Great Caregivers Post jobs and review applicationsInterview and hire new caregiversAttend job fairs and community eventsBuild relationships with local schools and organizations Helping New Caregivers Get Started Guide new hires through paperworkLead orientation and trainingMake sure all hiring requirements are completed Supporting Our Caregivers Check in with new caregivers during their first monthAnswer questions and provide encouragementHelp solve problems and celebrate successesBuild strong relationships that make caregivers want to stay Working with Our Team Visit caregivers in clients' homes to offer supportHelp coach caregivers when neededWork closely with our scheduling and office teamHelp create a positive and fun workplace On-Call Support Take one scheduled on-call week each monthHelp caregivers and clients with after-hours questionsAdditional pay is provided for on-call responsibilities What We're Looking For We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and enjoys working with peopleOrganized and dependableComfortable talking with people and solving problemsAble to multitask and stay organizedComfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new softwareMust have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. This position requires regular travel throughout Oconee and Pickens counties to conduct caregiver introductions, provide in-field support, complete quality assurance visits, and meet with clients and caregivers. Experience in recruiting, HR, healthcare, customer service, or office administration is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
