Caregiver - PRN
About the role
We are currently looking to hire caregivers who want to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors. If you have experience as a caregiver in assisted living, memory care, or home care settings, are able to work weekends, diligent in paperwork, possess an excellent work ethic, and have great assessment skills, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled care to residents
- Document resident care activities accurately and timely
- Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- 1 year’s experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting
- Able to work weekends
- Diligent in paperwork
- Excellent work ethic
- Great assessment skills
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
