Caregiver - PRN

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral issues as outlined in service plans.
• Contribute to the development and revision of service plans by informing supervisors of current resident needs, preferences, and successful approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to an LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aide.
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual in-service training, and team member meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.

Schedule

• PRN (as needed).
• 8 or 12-hour shifts.
