Caregiver - PRN

Caregiver Responsibilities

Aid residents with activities, simple treatments, and address emotional health or behavioral issues as outlined in their service plans.

Contribute to the development and updating of service plans by sharing current resident needs and preferences with supervisors, and reporting successful service approaches.

Monitor and report resident concerns to the LPN if they are on duty, or to the Medication Tech/Aid.

Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions and team meetings as requested.

Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Show proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

Maintain any necessary certifications according to state or provincial regulations.

Comply with state or provincial health-related requirements.
