Caregiver - PRN
Caregiver Responsibilities
Aid residents with performing activities, simple treatments, and addressing emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as outlined in service plans.
Contribute to the development and revision of service plans by informing supervisors of current resident needs and preferences, as well as effective service approaches.
Monitor and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or designated personnel.
Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions and team member meetings, as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Show proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
Maintain any necessary certifications as per state or provincial regulations.
Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
