Caregiver - PRN (2pm - 10pm)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Aid residents with activities, simple treatments, and address emotional health and behavioral issues as outlined in their service plans.

Contribute to the development and revision of service plans by sharing current resident needs and preferences with supervisors, and documenting successful service approaches.

Monitor and report resident issues to LPNs (if on duty), or Medication Techs/Aids.

Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions and team meetings as requested.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Show proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

Maintain any necessary certifications as per state or provincial regulations.

Comply with state or provincial health-related requirements.
