Caregiver - PRN (10pm - 6am)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Aid residents with performing activities, simple treatments, and address emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as outlined in service plans.

Contribute to the development and revision of service plans by communicating current resident needs and preferences to supervisors, and sharing successful service approaches.

Monitor and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty), or to a Medication Tech/Aid.

Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions and team member meetings as requested.

Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Show proficiency in effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.

Maintain any necessary certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.

Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
