Caregiver (PM shift) - Full-time

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to assist our residents in daily living activities, creating a supportive, healthy environment where they can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
• Help serve meals at mealtimes and snacks as needed.
• Engage in and support the facility’s Activities Program to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Attend monthly and quarterly in-services provided by the facility (one hour per month and twelve hours per year).
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid training.
• For residents with developmental disabilities:
  • Align performance with the facility’s Program Design.
  • Complete specialized training for working with these residents.
  • Achieve goals outlined in each resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP).
  • Maintain detailed progress notes to track accomplishments of IPP objectives.

Requirements

• Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Negative TB Test and Health Screening

Schedule

• AM Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Off Days: Tuesday, Wednesday
