Caregiver/PCA (PRN)(All Shifts) - Hitchcock Square

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathe, dress, groom, toile, position, transfer, move, and assist with incontinence care
• Prepare and assist with meals and activities
• Respond to resident emergency calls
• Document and report resident condition changes
• Communicate with residents and families professionally
• Transport residents as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Willingness to complete 80-hour personal care training certificate provided by Navion
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Dedication to serving seniors and excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
