Caregiver (PCA) - Part Time

About the role

Looking for a dedicated Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver to provide direct resident care in a senior living community. We value compassion, character, and collaboration, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal hygiene support
• Assisting with activities
• Responding promptly to call lights
• Helping residents participate in social and recreational activities
• Lifting, turning, and repositioning residents as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification (Nurse Aide certification is a plus)
• Effective communication skills
• Organizational motivation
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is advantageous
