About the role

As a Caregiver or PCA, you’ll provide essential support to seniors, including assistance with daily activities, companionship, and transportation. Every visit and act of kindness helps change lives.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands when needed

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Professional with strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background screening (preferred)

Experience is appreciated but not required—we provide training for the right candidates.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and "mother’s hours" available
• Create your own schedule
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
