Caregiver/PCA/CNA/HHA

About the role

Caregivers at Comfort Keepers support seniors and adults in maintaining their independence and comfort in their homes. They assist with daily tasks, create meaningful moments, and provide companionship.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections through conversation, companionship, and emotional support
• Create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
• Auxiliary daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and errands
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and team members
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and driving record review

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Bonus points for having PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
