Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Requires a valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post‑permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy

Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well through rewarding, direct care
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Exercise ownership and trust to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
