Responsibilities

• assisting with personal hygiene
• supporting behavioral and complex needs
• fostering community engagement
• helping with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
