Caregiver or LNA (NOC Shift)

About the role

Pine Rock Manor is seeking dedicated caregivers to support residents in their beautiful community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, caring, responsible, and enjoy working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often as needed (chart by exception).

Requirements

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Bending, reaching, and physical movement throughout the workday.
