What do Resident Assistants / Caregivers do?
- Provide routine resident care
- Observe residents and alert staff to changes
- Offer conversation and companionship
- Afford assistance with mobility via wheelchair or walker
- Afford assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Afford assistance with feeding
- Perform light cleaning & linen changes
What we seek in our amazing RAs / Caregivers
- Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Compassionate, self-motivated individual
- Must have transportation to and from the facility
