Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)Support safe mobility and transfersObserve and report changes in resident conditionFollow care plans and document services providedProvide companionship and emotional supportWork collaboratively with nurses and care team This is relationship-based care — you’ll have time to connect with residents, not just complete tasks.
