Join Tender Rose for our Caregiver Open House and explore a rewarding opportunity to support individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia as a Memory Care Professional (MCP). The MCP provides non-medical companionship care using a person-centered, activity-based approach focused on meaningful connections and exceptional customer service to improve the quality of life for clients and their families.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate activities designed to meet clients’ fundamental needs and provide meaningful moments throughout the day, even as the disease progresses.
- Create activities that engage clients’ abilities in six key areas: social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual, and spiritual.
- Use a person-centered, activity-based care approach to ensure days are filled with joy, dignity, and meaning.
- Drive own vehicle to and from outings and appointments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of Dementia/Alzheimer care experience.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Home Care Aide clearance with the State of CA.
- Timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification as required by the California Community Care Facilities Act.
