About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, focusing on daily activities, medication management, and social engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and assist with medication schedules
- Engage in social activities to promote mental health
- Support with meal preparation and nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in caregiving or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification
