Compensation
Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience and shift type.

Your Role as a Caregiver
As a caregiver with Griswold Home Care, no certification is required to get started—just a compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference! You will assist clients with their daily living activities while helping them remain comfortable in their own homes. Here's a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Companionship & Support: Offer companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
- Aid with Daily Living Activities (ADLs): Help clients with grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Light Housekeeping: Ensure a safe and clean environment by assisting with household tasks like laundry, meal prep, and cleaning.
- Monitor Client Health: Pay attention to changes in your client’s health or behavior and report to the care team as needed.
- Personalized Care: Follow the personalized care plan for each client and help maintain accurate daily records.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate personality and a passion for helping others are essential.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends or evenings, is preferred.
- Experience caring for a family member, loved one, or in a professional capacity is a plus, but we provide training for those just starting in the field.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
