Caregiver (needs to be CNA)

As a Caregiver at Arosa, you will support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), foster meaningful relationships, communicate progress with the care team, and maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support
• Communicate and document progress with the care team
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients
• Provide client transportation if licensed and needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged)
• Compassionate personality with patience, kindness, and a heart for working with senior adults
• HCA registered (Arosa will assist with this process)
• Pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Licensed driver (if providing client transportation)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
