Caregiver / CNA

Responsibilities

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safely navigating the home using a walker
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and engagement in activities the client enjoys

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable and physically capable of providing hands-on mobility assistance to a larger individual

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Comfort and experience with mobility assistance, ambulation, and transfers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
