Caregiver Needed: Support for an Adult Client – Kingsport, TN

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring caregiver to provide long‑term companion care for a clear‑minded female client in Kingsport, TN. The caregiver will offer consistent support, empathy, and reliability to help maintain the client’s comfort and independence.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (or 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with transfers and mobility support for a wheelchair‑bound client.
• Help with feeding as needed.
• Provide occasional transportation to doctor’s appointments and short outings.
• Accompany the client during vacations to ensure continued support.

• Clear‑minded adult female who enjoys conversation and companionship.

• May require caregiver accompaniment during vacations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal) with total‑care or mobility‑limited clients.
• Physically capable of performing safe transfers and hands‑on care.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate communicator.
