Responsibilities
- Provide gentle support with basic evening routines for a male client in his 60s who uses a wheelchair.
- Assist with dressing and showering as needed.
- Empty and reattach the catheter urine bag before bedtime.
- Offer occasional assistance with transfers while respecting the client’s independence.
