Caregiver - Morning and Evening Shifts

A Plus Health Care is immediately hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Billings, Huntley, Joliet, Laurel, Lockwood, Roundup, Shepherd, MT, and surrounding areas. We are urgently hiring for early morning shifts beginning at 6 AM and evening shifts after 5 PM—ideal for part-time work, students, parents with daytime availability, or those seeking flexible hours.

About the role

As a Personal Care Aide, you will travel from home to home assisting clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. This is a great entry-level position for those considering a future career in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with meal preparation
• Support clients with exercise routines
• Help with transferring, dressing, and bathing
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist with shopping and errands
• Encourage socialization and companionship

Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if driving for the company)

Qualifications

• Trained PCAs or CNAs may apply and start immediately if selected
• No prior experience required—we provide a free 16-hour training course to meet educational requirements

Pay

Starting pay up to $24.70 per hour.
