Caregiver / Med Tech - PRN

About the role

As a CBRF Caregiver / Med Tech, you will provide hands-on resident care in CBRF facilities, supporting daily activities, administering medications, and ensuring resident safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
• Administer medications following training, nurse delegation, and facility protocols
• Support residents with meals and dining needs
• Provide light housekeeping and resident-care support
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Follow care plans and clinical directions
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Collaborate with the facility's care team and respond to emergencies

Qualifications & Skills

• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable providing personal care independently
• Experience in caregiving (preferred)
• Certifications: Wisconsin CBRF Standard Precautions and Medication Administration (required); First Aid, Choking, and Fire Safety (preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older

Compensation & Incentives

Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for performance, weekend, retention, and referral bonuses, potentially increasing hourly rate up to $22.00/hr when qualifying conditions are met.
