Caregiver - MC - Part Time & Full Time- 1st/2nd/3rd Shifts Available

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
• Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for Memory Care residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Participate in and lead one‑on‑one and group activities.
• Serve residents during mealtime, assist with memory‑care laundry, and perform basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood.
• Ensure that resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow‑up, striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co‑workers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia, including participation in activities, is preferred.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisors and coworkers, and respond to emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging, and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co‑workers.

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $19‑$19.60.
