About the Role

CNA/Caregiver opening to provide services to the residents of the community as determined by the Delegating Nurse/Director of Nursing, as documented on the resident’s Service Plan and communicated through the caregiver guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a strong customer service focus.
• Show tactful compassion in high-stress and emotional situations.
• Demonstrate an appreciation of heritage values, wisdom of residents, and understand the aging process.
• Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with facility policies.
• Work utilizing guidelines established by Lighthouse Senior Living policies and procedures.
• Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition both physically and emotionally.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use.
• Report observations related to resident care per facility standard.

Pay

Starting rate: $15.00 per hour. The pay range for this role is $15–$17 USD per hour.
