About the role
Caregiver providing assistance with daily living activities to ensure clients' comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Aid with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Offer companionship
- Prepare meals
- Administer medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping
- Escort clients to appointments
- Monitor health changes
- Implement behavior management when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of caregiving experience
- Knowledge of assisted living and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors
- Familiarity with home care systems
- Proficiency in meal prep for special diets
