Responsibilities
- Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
- Assist with personal care
- Provide companionship
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Has experience with dementia
- Has experience with gait belt transfers
Requirements
- Must be a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide to qualify for this position
- Ability to get to work using reliable transportation
- Valid US‑issued driver’s license with no serious driving violations
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
- Pass a criminal background check prior to employment
- Pass a drug screening test
- Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care is a plus, but not required
- Must be reachable via phone, text, or email for shift schedules, client updates, and/or emergencies
