Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team in the Denver County area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with errands and shopping, bathing & showering, dressing and grooming (shaving with an electric razor, skin care, oral care), assistance with ambulation and transfers, assistance with toileting, and encourage exercise, reminders for prescribed exercises.
• Protective oversight for safety, stand-by assistance, and dementia & Alzheimer's care.

Requirements

• Previous care giving experience.
• A passion for care giving and a wish to help others.
• Attentiveness for being present and providing quality care.
• Respect, patience, empathy, and kindness.
