About the role

Home Matters Caregiving is looking for caregivers with a passion for client care and relationship building. Caregivers provide a high level of care for senior clients, executing care plans and supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population.
• Sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide household assistance such as food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care assistance including hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, and companionship.

Requirements

• Consistent and flexible shifts.
• One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care.

Work Environment

• Agency office.
• Client homes.
• Skilled, independent, and assisted living communities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lb using safe, ergonomic movements.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, and use hands and fingers.
• Ability to talk, hear, and see.
• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle.

Supervisor: Executive Administrator.

Pay

Starting at $13/hr, depending on experience.

Schedule

Consistent and flexible shifts; full‑time and part‑time options.
