Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• 1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
• Available for 16+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (8 AM - 10 PM).
• Weekend availability preferred but not required
• Overtimes (8p-8a) 12 hour shifts
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Must be able to attend our certification and orientation session at our Hot Springs office

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use our industry-leading app

Benefits

• $11.25-15.25/hr - Bi-monthly (2x/month) & direct deposit
• Holidays shift rate at 1.5x your base rate

Pay & Schedule

• Pay range: $11.25-15.25/hr
• Shifts: 8 AM - 10 PM, weekends preferred but not required, overnights (8p-8a) 12 hour shifts
• Bi-monthly (2x/month) & direct deposit
• Holiday shift rate at 1.5x your base rate
