Caregiver � Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)

About the role

Alvita Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) or Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide care for clients in the Bayville area and surrounding Nassau County communities. We are looking for dedicated caregivers, with home care or facility-based experience preferred, who are committed to delivering exceptional support and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for clients in the Bayville area and surrounding Nassau County communities
• Work dayshifts (8-12 hours) on weekdays and weekends
• Receive weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases

We have private-duty one-on-one care cases available as well as facility based care cases. All applicants are subject to a phone screening to determine compatibility and overall availability of accommodations for both the caregiver and the agency. Please note that cases with Alvita Care are only available to caregivers who successfully complete the onboarding process.
