Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

• Provide mobility assistance and support with walking
• Aid with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Offer companionship and engage in daily activities
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Give medication reminders as directed
• Support the client with vision challenges (macular degeneration)
• Enjoy walks and outdoor activities with the client
• Care for and interact with the client’s dogs (must be comfortable with pets)

Requirements

• Must wear scrubs during shifts
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or nursing background)
• Calm, patient, and reliable personality
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care safely
• Comfortable working in a farm environment and around animals
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
