We are Danielle and Chris Tuason, and we started Seniors Helping Seniors® Orange because of our deep-rooted respect and love for our senior community. Growing up, we were inspired by the invaluable lessons on faith, family, and life that our senior loved ones imparted to us. This inspiration grew even stronger during a family trip to the Philippines, where we saw our elders treated like rock stars—a level of respect and care we knew we had to bring back to our own community.
At Seniors Helping Seniors® Orange, we believe that active seniors have so much to offer those who need a little extra help. We are passionate about creating meaningful connections that provide assistance and enrich the lives of both our caregivers and those they care for. Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors in their homes
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with personal care needs
- Encourage seniors to stay active and engaged in social and recreational activities
- Foster meaningful connections through shared interests and backgrounds
- Offer respite care to give primary caregivers a break
Requirements
- Caregivers with 1+ year of experience
- Seniors who are mature, compassionate, and empathetic
- Licensed caregivers (HCAs, RNs, CNAs, HHA, LPN/LVNs) are also welcome
