Caregiver / Home Care Aide

About the role

Looking for steady, meaningful work as a caregiver in Prescott? At Home Instead, our in home caregivers help older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is one-on-one care with consistent clients, reliable schedules, and a team that supports you every step of the way.

Pay

Pay is $16.50-$19.00/hr based on location and client needs, with additional benefits including $17.00–$19.00 per hour paid weekly, direct deposit, and $700 caregiver referral bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support daily routines and independence at home

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to complete required compliance or licensing steps

Schedule

Shift lengths vary: 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 hours. Locations include Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Cottonwood, Sedona.
