About the role

As an in-home caregiver, you will help people remain independent in their homes safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Your work promotes physical and mental health by allowing clients to stay in familiar surroundings and engage socially.

Caregiving demands a special combination of heart skills and clinical skills. We recruit only the best and provide the best training in the home care field.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and special diets
• Perform general housekeeping activities
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Other light duties as assigned

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
