We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "HOW TO APPLY" etc. Also remove "Senior Helpers of Northern Queens is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Job Types: Full-time, Part-time and Live-In Positions Available" maybe part of meta; we can include in a short paragraph? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include job types, work location, wage, referral bonus, language requirement in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? Or we can create sections: About the role (prose), Responsibilities (ul), Requirements (ul), Qualifications (ul?), Skills (ul?), Benefits (ul?), Pay (maybe include wage and referral bonus), Schedule (maybe flexibility). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual wage: $20.00-$20.59/hour + $100 referral bonus. So we can have Pay section with that. Schedule: they mention flexibility in choosing desired hours & schedule, flexible schedule, overtime pay, etc. So we can have Schedule section with that. Benefits: list company perks: Paid Sick Time, Holiday Pay, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Perks, Discounts and Rewards via LifeMart, Reimbursement for Mileage, Flexible schedule (already maybe schedule), Overtime Pay, $100 referral bonus (but that's pay). Also "Great working environment, competitive pay rates and benefits." We'll include benefits list. We need to avoid duplication. Also need to include language requirement: "WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS WHO SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH, KOREAN, TAGALOG, MANDARIN, OR CANTONESE AT THIS TIME." That's a requirement or qualification. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll put under Requirements. Also need to include "All Caregivers will be required to submit or undergo a full annual physical with MMR and PPD/TB test (less than a year old) as required by the state." That's a requirement. Also "Must have at least one year of experience working in home health care." "Must meet NY state requirements for Personal Caregiving services (Hold an active HHA License)." "Must have safe and reliable transportation..." "Preferred: Have a valid and current state driver’s license and insurance." "Be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays." Also "Physical Demands" maybe under Requirements or Qualifications? Could be under Requirements as well. Also "Knowledge, Skills and Abilities" list: many bullet points. That's Skills section. Also "Minimum Qualifications" list: high school diploma, etc. That's Qualifications. Also "Preferred:" items maybe under Qualifications as preferred. We need to avoid repeating content. Let's structure:

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. We removed those. Also removed "HOW TO APPLY". Also removed duplicated lines like "Great working environment, competitive pay rates and benefits." We captured some of that in Benefits and About. Also removed "Senior Helpers of Northern Queens is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about "Senior Helpers of Northern Queens is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." removed. Also removed "This location is independently owned and operated..." etc. Also removed "Senior Helpers' culture is based on strong core values..." etc. Also removed "We are an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Check for any mention of "EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate": removed. Check for any "cookie/navigation/legal": none. Check for any duplicated lines: we avoided repeating. Check for any "Job Types: Full-time, Part-time and Live-In Positions Available" we incorporated in About and Schedule. Check for "Work Location: Travel and work at client locations" we included. Check for "Wage: $20.00-$20.59/hour + $100.00 referral bonus" we have Pay. Check for "WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS WHO SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH, KOREAN, TAGALOG, MANDARIN, OR CANTONESE AT THIS TIME." we included in About and Requirements. Check for "Great working environment, competitive pay rates and benefits." we captured in Benefits and About. Check for "It’s easy to go to work when you’re making someone’s day. Every day." maybe we could include in About as a motivational sentence but it's not required to preserve all substantive info? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is substantive? It's more fluff but still part of posting. Should we include? It's not essential but it's part of the posting. However we might consider it as filler but it's still part of the posting. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is not a factual detail but a motivational statement. It's still part of the posting. Should we include? It might be considered non-essential but still part of the content. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't say to remove motivational fluff. It says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That sentence is not boilerplate. So we should keep it. Where to place? Could be in About the role as a sentence. Add: "It’s easy to go to work when you’re making someone’s day. Every day." We'll add after the first sentence. Also "As a Senior Helpers of Northern Queens Caregiver, you make a lasting impact that betters the lives of our clients AND their families." That's also substantive. Include. Also "Our caregivers provide clients with one-on-one personal care to help our clients remain safe and independent in their home." Already covered. Also "We fit your area of expertise to the seniors you’ll care for." Could be included. Also "Senior Helpers of Northern Queens is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide support in our clients’ homes to help maintain their independence." Already somewhat. Also "The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have a pleasant and friendly personality." Already in Skills. Also "We provide a full range of superior home care services to culturally diverse clients—Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, Yiddish and English speaking clients
