Caregiver - Help a senior near you stay home - $20-$22

Golden Care is hiring caregivers in the Ramona, Descanso, South San Diego, and North County areas—from Chula Vista to Fallbrook. We offer flexible hours based on your availability for both full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be punctual and reliable
• Communicate effectively and respond to all office communications
• Dress professionally
• Complete all state-mandated training

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration or willingness to obtain it
• Current, negative Tuberculosis (TB) test or willingness to get one
• No prior caregiver experience needed
• Must provide 2 forms of ID (e.g., Driver’s license, Social Security card, Passport, or Birth certificate)

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $20–$22 per hour, with hands-on paid training (paid at minimum wage).
