Options in Community Living is a non-profit agency in Madison, WI, supporting adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities in their home and out in the community. Assist someone to live a life that they choose, helping them with things they want and with things they need. Make a difference in someone's life, and your own!

Responsibilities

• Assist an adult with disabilities in her own home
• Meal prep, minimal personal care help, and cleaning
• Engage in activities and outings
• Supporting the person's love for staying active and engaged
• Emotional support
• Follow the support plan
• Have fun!

Requirements

• WI License
• Good driving record

Pay

Base pay: $18.00 per hour. Extra pay for filling in shifts: +$2.50/hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
