About the role

Join a mission-driven team as a Direct Care Professional, providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Develop meaningful relationships and foster community engagement
• Support participants in daily activities and promote independence

Requirements

• No high school diploma required; six months of human services or care experience preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
