Genuine Global Care is seeking caregivers to support their mission of enhancing the lives of senior citizens in Lincoln NE and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, a strong understanding of care procedures, and a genuine interest in making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to seniors in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report on the health and wellbeing of clients
• Ensure safety and security of clients at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
