Caregiver - Full Time

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to join our team full-time on 2nd shift and help our residents feel supported, comfortable, and at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence.
• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Promote safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
• A dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
