About the role
At CountryHouse Lincoln III, part of Agemark Senior Living, you'll build lasting relationships, provide compassionate care, and make a positive impact in the lives of residents living with memory loss.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
- Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
- Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care.
- Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
- You enjoy building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
- You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- You have strong communication skills and approach every situation with patience and empathy.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus — but not required. We provide training!

Schedule
Shifts are 12-hour shifts, and the caregiver works every other weekend and every other holiday.
