Caregiver - Full Time (2pm-10pm)

Join our team at Vitality Living as a Caregiver in our vibrant Baypoint Village community. At Vitality Living, we celebrate individuality and are dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for our residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral issues as outlined in service plans.
• Contribute to the development and revision of service plans by informing supervisors of resident needs, preferences, and successful approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to the LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aide.
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training, and team member meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.

Schedule

Full-time, 2pm–10pm shift.
