Caregiver - Full Time (2pm-10pm)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Aid residents with activities, simple treatments, and address emotional health and behavioral issues as per service plans.

Contribute to the development and updating of service plans by communicating current resident needs and preferences to supervisors.

Report resident issues to LPN (if on duty) or appropriate personnel.

Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions and team meetings as requested.

Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Show proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

Maintain any necessary certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
