Caregiver, Full and Part Time
About the role
The position of Seasoned Caregiver is open for immediate hire at Ivy Park at Culver City. The event is taking place on Wednesday, June 24th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
- Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
- Report any observed or suspected changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, adhering to established safety standards.
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
- Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including a physical and TB test.

Pay
Full and Part Time Pay Range: $18.47 - $21.50, Based on experience.
Schedule
- Shifts available: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.
