Experience Requirements

• At least 6 months-1 year experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities
• Must have some experience working with severe behavioral challenges such as verbal and physical aggression, running away, and so on.

Skills

• Behavioral de-escalation

Clearances

• Must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks
• Pre-employment physical and TB test

Availability

• Current openings include both weekend days
• We are looking for staff who can work on weekends on a regular basis
